nwn2 cleric spells


I had this idea for a mod to have each buff look differently, based on chracter alignment (good would spawn wings and halo, evil horns or something like that). Cleric spells are tied to wisdom, which determines what level of spell the cleric can cast (up to unmodified wisdom - 10), bonus spell slots, and what the spell's difficulty class will be.

Hence, this gives you a lot of slots for buffs and heals. Divine Power is a 100% match! Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 3.0 License. Is Divine Favor used that often?

It would be a nice visual effect and, since the vanilla version only lasts a minute, wouldn't be terribly overpowering. I downloaded a sef file like that red aura for use as my Mage Armor (before you made yours) that I changed to my divine favor sef file and, while the red kinda bugs me for a "hero" type, it would definitely scream "I AM EVIL" for a villain type imho. Some domain powers enhance turning, some modify certain spells (even if cast from an item or from another class' spell book), some are spell-like abilities, and some are just the availability of … "Please VOTE on the content you play.". Please keep them coming and if you ever need suggestions on what to work on next, I can come up with a ton between me and my friends online. That would be sick bro. True, BUT it does give a +1 up to a +3 buff to both Attack Bonus AND Damage (magic, iirc), also I think it can be both extended (for two minutes) and even persisted for a 24hr long buff, AND Paladins I think get it but they don't get Divine Power, which is the one clerics really want, only Divine Power has no sef file associated with it. Clerics are masters of divine magic, which is especially good at healing. They have spells that other classes get like Resistance, Greater Resistance, and Superior Resistance.

IF you decide to update your own files with this type of coloring scheme, you might want to ask on the forums what colors people think would best represent GOOD/NEUTRAL/EVIlL alignment types.

Protection from Energy? That would be EPIC, especially if you include files that just have the colors WITHOUT tying them to alignment, in case someone out there really wants red for their GOOD cleric or whatever. At low levels I use Protection from Alignment/Magic Circle both of which include user selection of the alignment to be countered. Is there a manual or vid I could look at to figure this stuff out myself? Shield of Faith sounds looks pretty useful (and the OC vfx is an FPS-killer), at least based on Wiki description :P. Entropic Shield? At least I'm out of ideas :P. Do you think you could rework the Righteous Mights spell effect to make Enlarge Person/Reduce Person more in line with the effects? What are the most commonly used buffs for that class? Find out what you can do. I should probably be some often-used, caster-only buff :-P. I could see that for Divine Favor.

Clerics have some combat training. Let's see: Nightshield, Magic Vestment (but it can be an ARMOR or SHIELD ac buff, depending on how you use it). I asume the same could be done for reduce animal (is there an enlarge animal spell out there?). Aura vs Alignment (I THINK is single target), Blindsight, Freedom of Movement, both Lesser AND Greater Visage of the Deity (which would make sense for your idea), Spell Mantles (all types), Living Undeath, Magic Weapon, the VIGOR line of spells, Righteous Might (but it looks awesome the way it is imo), Shield OTHER (which no one uses really), and Spell Resistance (which could really use a visual BUT does not have a sef file afaik), Hope this helps and I would love to see what you come up with. I hate when I think the baddie is evil but in reality was neutral and all his/her spells can get right through my immunity to mind effects.
