As the collection grew on Long Island, it quickly outgrew many facilities. There is an abundance of armored vehicles, including tanks, personnel carriers and self propelled artillery. Personally, I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to the AAF Tank Museum and I surely will be returning. Danville was within day-trip distance of NC, but Ohio isn't on my normal travels.

We spend a full 3 hours experiencing their collections and did not even spend a lot of time looking at all the pictures, badges, pins, and medals or reading the detailed description of the major items.
